** UPDATE: Please note that an emergency patch was deployed 15/06/2015 and these problems have now been resolved.**
Since 10pm on Wednesday June 10th there has been an issue with candidates not being able to download copies of their submitted applications.
Please note that this does not affect any submissions you may have in progress, and the final submission is still be available for review by the relevant recruiters.
The specific reason for this was confirmed by the software developers to us on Friday morning (12th June). The software patch that was deployed on the evening of Wednesday 9th June by the developers that run myjobscotland was discovered to have a regression error (i.e. code was introduced that broke something that was previously working).
As the developers have now identified this code, they are now preparing a solution, and have promised up that this will be released at the earliest opportunity which looks at the moment to be the middle of next week (w/b 15th June). We will obviously update this information nearer the time as to an exact timescale.
